Local moving services are charged by hour, based on the number of movers. We do add double driving time for all local moves. The minimum for the job is 285$ (cash)  , if it takes 3 hours or less and no packing supply will be needed. The amount of hours will depend on the walking distance, the difficulty of staircases or elevator involved and traffic conditions at the day of the move.  The time starts at the door and finishes when movers are done. For places more than 1000 sq ft we do recommend 3 movers @ additional $30 per hour. Long Distance  moves are charged by weight with a minimum 5000 lbs per load.

Yes. Our delivery includes furniture assembly and disassembly required with the move. We do not dismantle, reconnect and disconnect appliances and it will have to be done prior to the move by a licensed contractor (we can not assume the role of plumbers or appliance repair company)

All the furniture is protected during the move and it is wrapped in moving blankets and plastic wraps (not included in hourly rate). Please note the moving blankets have to be returned at the end of the move or they could be purchased if you want to store your items.

Our work is based on 2 moves per day and the only arrival time frame for the move is 8-9am or 1-4pm, therefore we do require a 3 day courtesy notice if you need to change or reschedule the move. Please note that the deposit will become non-refundable if the job is canceled less than 3 days in advance.

Yes, we require that customer or  someone in charge will be present all the time during the move. And is her/him responsible to check the items that needs to be moved and check at the end of the move to make sure all the items have been loaded and the place has been locked before leaving the loading or unloading place.

Yes, as long as all of them are within San Diego Area you can have multiple pick up and drop off locations for your move. Please note that additional stops add time on the move (parking the moving truck, opening the moving van, restack and repack the moving van, etc.). All the pick up and drop off points will have to be discoursed prior the reservation is made and could affect the price.

Yes, we can do inside the house moves, in the same apartment complex, loading or unloading PODS, TRAILERS, UHAUL TRUCKS , STORAGE BOXES. Please note that the rates are the same for moving items within the same building or across the town (we do send the company truck with employees and all the equipment to all the jobs) and 3 hours minimum will be applied for all local moves with no exceptions.

We do cover all the San Diego County area. We do moves within South Riverside County however we do charge port to port for those moves.

All the payments must be done before the completion of unloading or at the end of the move if we have your credit/debit card on file. Commercial accounts are billed by invoice and invoices should the paid within 30 days.

If you do have a deposit with us and need to cancel your move it should be done 3 days prior the move to get your deposit back. If you cancel the same day or anytime during the moving process 3 hours minimum will be billed to you.

Tipping is a personal decision and is sole based on your preference.

During the move you can communicate with the crew leader with any moving related questions. If you need to add a stop or a pick up it will need to be approved with the OFFICE.

We assemble and disassemble all the furniture required with the move. We do not dismantle , reconnect and disconnect  appliances , and it will have to be done prior  the move by a licensed contractor (we are movers not plumbers or appliance repair company ) We do not mount TV on a wall and we do not connect and reconnect electronic devices (We do not remove/install any wall fixtures or drill anything in your house).

Absolutely not. Our insurance covers only company’s employees, therefore due to liability we do not allow anyone to ride in our moving truck.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We can provide General Liability Certificate for your building to $1000000 and Worker Compensation Certificate  with 3 business days notice.

Long Distance moves are charged based  on weight + hourly for loading an unloading.

…everything over 2 bedrooms with full packing will need to be separated in 2 days one for packing and another for moving.

We do offer 5% MILITARY STUDENT or SENIOR Discount on labor hours just show your ID at the end of the move.
